Abstract: This is an introductory case study showing how Applied BioMath Assess™ can be used early in drug R&D to gain insight into project feasibility. Specifically in this case study, we'll discuss how to parameterize and benchmark an anti-PD-L1 model and demonstrate:
- Setting up a model using data on PD-L1/PD1
- Benchmarking the model using PK data for atezolizumab
- Predicting clinical doses and determined parameters that drive that dose
